Q: What’s different about your cookies vs. other sugar-free cookies?
A: We use all-natural ingredients, and the fewest possible to achieve the best tasting cookie. Our cookies have no chemicals or bitter aftertaste, as some other sugar-free cookies on the market do.
Q: How can a sugar-free cookie taste so good?
A: It’s all in the natural ingredients in our cookies! There’s no unpleasant aftertaste and they have a cake-like texture. Check out our rave reviews on Instagram: @naturallyketolicious
Q: How many cookies come in a box?
A: A dozen (12 cookies).
Q: What is the shelf life of your cookies?
A: Since our cookies are made with all-natural ingredients, they can be refrigerated for up to a month, but we suggest that if you will not eat them within a week, to pop them into the freezer where their freshness is maintained for several months. When you’re ready to eat them, they will defrost quickly at room temperature.
Q: How many calories are in each cookie?
A: Each cookie is made with different ingredients, so the calories vary. Detailed information for each cookie is listed on our website at www.naturallydeliciousfoods.com, as well as each individual cookie package.
Q: What kind of sweetener do you use to sweeten the cookies?
A: We use a delicious blend of monk fruit and erythritol.
Q: Are your cookies gluten-free?
A: Yes, our cookies are made with 100% gluten-free ingredients!
Q: What if I have a nut or other food allergy?
A: Since we use almond flour, coconut flour, and nuts, you would want to check with your doctor before ordering. Some of the cookies also have white, milk, and caramel chocolate chips, and those chips are processed on equipment that have also processed peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, shellfish, fish, wheat and soy.
Q: Are your cookies safe for those with diabetic restrictions?
A: Many of our customers have been or are diabetic. They are excited to report that even after 2 cookies in one sitting, their insulin levels were not impacted.
Q: Are your cookies safe for children?
A: We have many customers that buy our cookies for their children because they are made with all-natural ingredients, they taste good (and the kids don’t even know there’s no sugar) and the best part is that there’s no sugar high! As always, if you have any concerns about any of the ingredients, you should consult your doctor.
Q: How long will it take to get my cookies?
A: Orders are baked fresh and will ship within a week. Then, depending upon your location, the time that it takes to ship from Los Angeles, California to you.
Q: How are the cookies shipped?
A: We use UPS, no signature required. They should be refrigerated upon arrival.
Q: What are the shipping parameters?
A: Due to high fuel and shipping costs, we can ship any number of boxes to California residents. If you are out of state, there is a 3 box minimum, and if you order 4 boxes, shipping is free!!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not as of yet. Since our cookies have no preservatives, they are perishable. Currently, international shipping times would compromise the freshness of our cookies. We are looking to have distribution centers set up in international locations as the demands present themselves.
