Orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Because our cookies are made fresh, processing times may vary. Orders are generally not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

SHIPPING RATES & PROMOTIONS

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

From time to time, Naturally Delicious Foods may offer free shipping, multi-box promotions or other special offers. Current promotions and any applicable requirements will be displayed on our website or at checkout.

DELIVERY

Delivery times vary based on destination, shipping method, weather and carrier conditions. Estimated delivery information will be provided when available, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Because our cookies are perishable, please retrieve your package promptly after delivery and refrigerate your cookies upon arrival.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipment has been processed.

WARM-WEATHER SHIPPING

During warmer months or when shipping to warmer destinations, we may adjust packaging or shipping methods to help protect product quality during transit.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
