SHIPPING

To ensure your cookies arrive at your doorstep as fresh as possible, all orders are processed within a week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING CALIFORNIA AND NON-CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS 

Please note that California residents may purchase one box to an unlimited amount of our cookies, while Non-California residents are required to purchase a minimum of three boxes per order. If a fourth box is purchased, shipping is free!! We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet the minimum.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING NUMBER 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
